Established in 1958, Jiangsu Xinxiang Share Co.,Ltd locates in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China.

Jiangsu Xinxiang Share Co.,Ltd is a Company who is manufacturing oil drilling equipments and who is one of the net member applied for supplying the different oil equipments for Petrol-China, Sinopec and CNOOCS. It is one of the biggest manufacturers for making Power Tong in China. We have developed many kinds of Power Tong for Drill Pipe, Casing and Oil Tubing. We are also making SL-series Swivels, Hydraulic Power Units, Hydraulic Winches, Rotary Tables and Roller Kelly Bushings. These products have been exported to many countries, such as America, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Malaysia,and the Countries in Far East. The Traveling Block Hook, Block and hook, Tool Joints for drill pipe, and Metal Liner for mud pump are our new product.

With more than 100 Engineers among the 600 employees, we set up a machinery technology institute for the quality research, new products development. We also have different testing office with different testing instrument. We have had the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Control Certificate and the API-7、7K、8A、8C Certificate with 7K-0081 and 8A-0067.
